Hej alla! Föreningens årsstämma är bokad till onsdag 29:e april 18:00 och kommer som senaste åren att hållas i Kronjuvelens toppvåning, entré precis bredvid Krog Axet vid Eriksbergstorget.

Om ni har motioner att tas upp på stämman så behöver de inkomma till styrelsen senast två veckor innan. Officiell kallelse kommer också skickas ut vid senare tillfälle.

Med det sagt kommer här information från valberedningen, som är i aktiv gång med att rektytera nya styrelsemedlemmar inför nästa år.

Inför verksamhetsåret 2026–2027 behöver bostadsrättsföreningen rekrytera ledamöter och suppleanter till styrelsen samt valberedning.

Som förening är vi beroende av medlemmarnas engagemang och intresse. Kanske vore det något för dig att sitta i styrelsen?

Styrelsearbete handlar om att ha kontakt med boende, informera om sådant som händer i och omkring vår fastighet, behandla medlemsansökningar och hantera garagekö. Tillsammans med vår ekonomiska förvaltare hantera föreningens ekonomi. Tillsammans med vår tekniska förvaltare se till att fastigheten får det tekniska underhåll som behövs.

Styrelsen träffas ungefär en gång per månad, kvällstid.

Valberedning sonderar och föreslår potentiella kandidater till styrelse för föreningen.

Ny styrelse och valberedning väljs i samband med årsmötet i slutet av april.

Hello everyone! The association's annual general meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29 at 18:00, and as in recent years, it will be held on the top floor of Kronjuvelen, with the entrance located right next to Krog Axet at Eriksbergstorget.

If you have any motions to be raised at the meeting, they must be submitted to the board no later than two weeks in advance. The official notice of the meeting will also be sent out at a later date.

With that said, here is some information from the nomination committee, which is currently actively working on recruiting new board members for the coming year.

For the 2026–2027 period, the tenant-owner association BRF Kvarnliden needs to recruit new board members, deputies and Nominating Committee.

As an association, we are dependent on the commitment and interest of our members. Maybe it would be something for you, becoming a member of the board?

Board work involves having contact with residents, informing them about things that are happening in and around our property, processing membership applications and managing the garage queue. Together with our supplier of financial services, manage the association's finances. Together with our supplier of technical services, we ensure that the property receives the necessary technical maintenance.

The board meets about once a month; meetings are scheduled to the evening.

The nomination committee explores and proposes potential candidates for the board of the association.

A new board and nomination committee are elected in connection with the association’s general meeting at the end of April.
